Pricing and packages information:
The Standard Package
$132/month
This package is for individual adults (> 21 years old) who wish to join Balance Health. It includes full access to your health care provider, all the services above, and more! A gym discount is also available with this package.
Couples
$242/month
This package is for couples that would like to sign up together. You will receive all the same services as the Standard Package for a discounted rate.
Children
Additional $44/month
We support families at Balance Health and provide affordable care. This covers all well-child checks, sports physicals, runny noses, and any other office visits for evaluation and treatment of medical problems.
What's included in a Balance Health Membership?

24-hour text access to your provider (Value Priceless)
At Balance health you get the cell phone number of your provider. You have a medical provider on call for you anytime you need it.

Health screening and functional fitness assessment (value $150)
Once you become a member at Balance Health, you can schedule your health screening and functional fitness assessment. The evaluation includes measurements of: weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle mass measurements, movement screen, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility/mobility.

1-month free small group training in our gym (value $700):
In our gym at Balance Health, we focus on guiding adults through science-based training methods toward a healthier lifestyle. This allows clients to function optimally in day-to-day activities, experience less pain, and gain more self-confidence.

4-6 weeks of rehabilitation services (value: $600 for 6 weeks):
Rehabilitation training for individuals with minor aches and pains from poor posture, muscular imbalances, and/or overall deconditioning.

Discounted Small Group Training Gym Sessions (value: $625)
Our small group training is designed around our patient-client needs to keep everyone functioning at their best no matter their age. Our trainers design workouts to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence which is delivered in a non-threatening, health-oriented environment.

Same or next day appointments (value: convenience)
Seeing the provider when you're sick or hurt is a huge value to patients. At Balance Health, we pride ourselves on service and getting you in the same day or next day.

Urgent Care and Acute Visits (value: $200 per visit)
As a Balance Health Member there is no need to go to urgent care. With one of our providers always on-call we will save you the money, time, and frustration of ever having to sit in a crowded urgent care waiting room again.

Low-cost supplements and pharmaceuticals (value: savings of $30 per RX)
With our own in-house pharmacy, we can buy medications in bulk and pass the discount on to you. We also have available professional-grade nutritional and herbal supplements. Our meds are typically cheaper than insurance or Good RX.
